MEASURES FOR THE PREVENTION OF THE COVID 19T TAKEN BY THE RECTORATE OF THE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY OF ATHENS

Following the latest measures announced by the Prime Minister, the Rector decided the following:
 

  1. Personnel categories: Guards, stables men, drivers, cleaning staff, craftsmen and the staff of the network-internet service, whose work cannot be performed by teleworking (or remote work), will be done in person and in rotation.
  2. The Directorates of Administration, Finance, Studies and Student Welfare, Technical Services and Special Research Funds Account will remain in function with a personal presence of the staff, two days a week, in rotation. On other days, the staff will carry out their work by teleworking, under the supervision of their supervisor. This measure includes the Department of Public and International Relations Office and the Department of Student Registry of Records. The Department of Administrative Welfare is not included in this measure, which will remain in function daily during working hours with the minimal presence of staff, in rotation.
  3. The Department of University Authorities and Bodies will operate daily with the rotating presence of staff
  4. The Secretariats of the Rector's Council and the Senate will carry out their work by teleworking and will be present when there are meetings.
  5. The Administrative Services of the Library of the University will remain in function with the minimal presence of staff, two persons per day.
  6. The Laboratories of the University will operate under the responsibility of their Director and in accordance with the general instructions on non-overcrowding. In addition, the status of visitors should be updated daily.
  7. The documents will be distributed electronically in the largest possible way.
  8. The personnel movement permits will be drawn up by the Management on Monday 23.03.2020, will be registered and will be sent to the staff's e-mails. Personnel who do not have an email address will receive permission from their supervisor.
