Agri Innovation Expo 2026 brings research closer to society and the market - 24 and 25 September 2026, Museum of Agriculture, Agricultural University of Athens

Under the central message "Cultivating a Better World", the Agricultural University of Athens is organising Agri Innovation Expo 2026 on 24 and 25 September 2026, a two-day Innovation Exhibition dedicated to research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer in the agri-food sector.
The exhibition will take place in the courtyard of the Museum of Agriculture, of the Agricultural University of Athens and aims to serve as a meeting point for the university community, businesses, primary producers, industry stakeholders, investors, and everyone interested in the future of agri-food and innovation.
Where knowledge becomes action
Agri Innovation Expo 2026 highlights how university research can be transformed into solutions with real impact on production, the economy, and society.
For two days, research teams, laboratories, spin-offs, and innovative initiatives from the Agricultural University of Athens will present technologies, applications, and research results that address contemporary challenges in agriculture, agri-food, sustainable development, and environmental protection.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get a close look at artificial intelligence applications for the primary sector, new precision agriculture technologies, innovative solutions in biotechnology and food technology, modern approaches to crop management, as well as initiatives highlighting the journey of a research idea from the lab to the market.
Dialogue, collaborations, and new prospects!
An important part of the event consists of thematic discussions and networking activities that will bring the research community into contact with businesses, investors, organisations, and institutional stakeholders.
Emphasis will be placed on the potential for leveraging university research, developing collaborations, and strengthening technology transfer, with the goal of creating a stronger innovation ecosystem in the agri-food sector.
