The Aim of Nutritious by Design
Nutritious by Design seeks to identify key indicators that define what “healthy” means in processed foods and to integrate these indicators into product development. Our mission is to create tools and training activities that help the food industry incorporate nutrition as a core pillar in product design.
As part of a broader European initiative, the program also includes asynchronous trainings and an innovation competition for professionals from other EU countries, enabling the dissemination of the Nutritious by Design methodology and its practical implementation beyond Greece.
