- Emmanouil Flemetakis, Single-Department School of Applied Biology and Biotechnology
- Petros Tarantilis, School of Food Science and Nutrition
- Spyridon Fountas, School of Environment and Agricultural Engineering
- Georgios Papadomichelakis, School of Animal Science
- Ioannis Giannakou, School of Plant Sciences
The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of the University and plays a key role in the strategic planning and development of the Institution.
