Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Agricultural University of Athens and the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen

On Monday, the 2nd of November 2020, a Memorandum of Understanding  was concluded, between the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA) and the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen (EEA). The Memorandum of Understanding was, actually signed, by the Rector of the Agricultural University of Athens, Professor Spyridon Kintzios and the President of the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen, Mr. Ioannis Chatzitheodosiou. Τhe Vice Rector for Research and Lifelong Learning of the Agricultural University of Athens, Professor Stavros Zografakis and the First Vice President of the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen, Mr. Nikos Grentzelos, were present at the signing ceremony, too.

Ιn a few words, that Memorandum of Understanding covers key issues, such as collaboration upon, either the current, or the newly established academic programs, the design and submission of joint co-financed Programs, besides the mutual exchanges of the university and the professional community, the scientific events conducted jointly, the cooperation between the research teams of  the Agricultural University of Athens and the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen bodies, in addition to the education and training for the acquisition of skills and lifelong learning of professionals and employees, as well as the promotion of the sustainable and quality engagement of staff members.
