EU-CONEXUS at AUA

The EU-CONEXUS project has been selected in the Erasmus+ KA2 programme, which facilitates the development of studies and professional training between educational institutions throughout Europe. European University aims to develop links among academia and labor market, creating expertise in its sector answering to key challenges of smart urban coastal sustainability.

The AUA is part of one of the 17 European University alliances, whose aim is to bring together a new generation of creative Europeans able to cooperate across languages, borders and disciplines to address societal challenges.

Agricultural University of Athens is leading one of the most important Work Packages of the Project ‘Joint Research’. Our vision is that the researchers of the consortium know each other better by creating new research teams and together they will develop joint proposals to reply dynamically and interdisciplinary to the key challenges in Europe & worldwide that we face in the framework of smart urban coastal sustainability, as a focal point.

In this way, the AUA is at the forefront in Europe, leading one of the most innovative projects in education & research of the European Commission for the next years, contributing to the key challenges of the urban and coastal sustainability, one of the policy priorities of the EU.
