Student Registry & Records

The Department of Computer Organization and Student Registry  provides support to all services of the Institution through the following:

  1. Design of the computerization of various services to ensure effective functioning; and proposal submission for the development of the necessary equipment
  2. Analysis, design, programming, documentation and implementation of administrative applications to support all services and departments
  3. Ensuring proper functioning of IT equipment and its rational utilisation
  4. Development of Information Systems and support of the required data banks

 

The Student Registry & Records office is also responsible for:

  1. Administration of the Studies Information System and the data insert tools in the electronic platform of the AUA Programmes of Studies
  2. Registering freshmen data in the Studies Information System, issuing student credentials (username and password) along with access info and instructions
  3. Compiling and monitoring of student records for all AUA Departments, attendance tracking, issuing of certificates, keeping academic calendar for the electronic management of enrolment processes
  4. The electronic management of issues related to student requests for interruption of studies and deletion from the university register
  5. Collection and processing of undergraduate student statistical data
  6. Posting announcements in the Studies Information System on actions required by the students for the electronic management of student issues
  7. Gathering the necessary documents for student graduation
  8. Catching up with legislation related to undergraduate studies
