30th Congress of the Greek Society for Horticultural Science

The Greek Society for Horticultural Science (ΕΕΕΟ) and the Agricultural University of Athens are pleased to invite the members of the academic community, researchers, agronomists, under-graduate and post-graduate students as well as farmers and entrepreneurs working in the field of horticultural science, to participate in the proceedings of the 30th Panhellenic Congress of the Greek Society for Horticultural Science.

The congress will be held at the Conference Centre Auditorium of the Agricultural University of Athens, on 9 - 13 May 2022.

During the 30th Congress, renowned scientists from Greece and abroad will be given the opportunity to present research results, exchange ideas and experiences. Round thematic tables composed of representatives of companies in the fields of: nutrition-fertilization, propagating material, mechanical and other equipment, etc. related to the cultivation of horticultural crops, will provide the opportunity of presenting and exchanging opinion among the research and commercial sector.

At the same time, after two year of absence from live meetings due to health regulations, it is an opportunity to renew old ties, to develop new personal contacts, realtionships among colleagues and to promote mutual beneficial collaborations.

The rich and interdisciplinary thematology of the Congress, with written and oral presentations covering all the individual sectors of the Horticultural Science and cutting-edge technologies in the primary production, will contribute undoubtedly to the dissemination of new knowledge and innovation.

The Board of EEEO and the organizers of the 30th Congress await you with great pleasure at the Agricultural University of Athens, which has recently complete 100 years of presence in higher education, having contributed to the fullest to the Greek as well as to the global agriculture.
