Digital Summers School : Foundations in Agrofood - Principles and Practice

Purpose of the Program

The purpose of the program is to encourage young scientists to engage in the agri-food sector and in particular in the food sector. The action "Digital Summer School" promotes cooperation between young people from various sectors related, directly or indirectly, to agricultural production and food (biologists, chemists, economists, engineers, food scientists, nutritionists, etc.) by providing them with the basic principles of agriculture and food industry, developing skills that promote entrepreneurship, teamwork and innovation.

It is an intensive five-day distance education program where at least 60 young people in total (in 2 cycles, 30 beneficiaries / cycle) will be trained and informed about  agri-food sector.

At the end of the program a Certificate of Attendance is given.

There is no cost to participate in the program for participants.
