Title: The Search for the personal study with emphasis on the neurobiology of memory.

Summary
The purpose of the interactive small group laboratory is to present the personal method of study regarding the neurobiology of memory. At a theoretical level we discussed issues related to the neurobiology of memory which until the middle of the 20th century was dominated by the view that memory was a general property of the cerebral cortex as a whole. The question that arises about memory is whether it is a separate mental capacity or is a function auxiliary to other mental processes. Neuroscientists have been studying the problem of mental processes of generalization, attention, object permanence, consolidation since the 1950s, stating that it is a function of specific systems of the brain where memory processes are located in more systems. On a practical level, we work with exercises of awareness of the personal method of study by distance learning. We focus on memory techniques regarding the generalization, the expansion of attention, the permanence of the cognitive object and the consolidation of knowledge.
