Exam stress management

The Career Services Office of AUA is inviting all students to attend the seminar: "Exam stress management”, which will be held on Wednesday 15 of December 2021, 18:00-19:00 through Teams. The issues that will be addressed are about the causes of stress and the ways of managing it, through interactive, conversational activities.
